Established in 2013, ForceDry is the UK’s leading provider of advanced screed drying solutions and portable boiler hire. We offer a specialist three-component system designed to optimise drying times, improve efficiency, and ensure quality control on construction sites across the UK.

- Force Dry Wet Screed, reducing drying times by over 40 days compared to natural methods, achieving fully dry screed in as little as 21 days without the need for first or second-fix plumbing.
- Commissioning & Conditioning, ensuring all screed used with underfloor heating (UFH) meets British Standards (BS EN 1264.2021) and manufacturer specifications for a seamless finish.
- Screed Testing, As the UK’s leading screed testing company, we provide precise status reports and tailored solutions for moisture management, giving you the confidence to proceed with your project.
- Temporary Heat & Humidity Solutions, Our system creates optimal on-site conditions, even in winter, preventing weather-related delays and protecting materials.

Meet the Founder

Ross Verity
Ross Verity, Director of ForceDry, started as a qualified plumber in the construction industry, gaining a deep understanding of the challenges and demands of the field. Recognising the industry wide problem of how long screed takes to dry, he developed an innovative solution; creating a fleet of Mobile Trolley Boilers, Electric Heaters, Industrial Dehumidifiers, and Heavy-Duty Fans that can be hired to improve drying efficiency on construction sites. With extensive knowledge of screed drying and the entire drying process, Ross is passionate about helping construction projects meet British standards while enabling companies to save time and streamline their programmes.
