ForceDry's Contribution to Hudson Quarter Development

The Hudson Quarter is a prestigious £35 million project located in the heart of York. It features 127 luxury residences, including 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom studio apartments and penthouses, designed with a modern aesthetic and exceptional attention to detail.

ForceDry applied its unique 3-component system to dramatically boost project efficiency. By implementing our customised drying and commissioning programme, we slashed drying times by 60%, speeding up the overall project timeline.

We successfully completed Commissioning & Conditioning in line with British Standard BS8204-7. The target RH of 65% was achieved, ensuring the floors were fully conditioned for the engineered oak finish.
