ForceDry’s innovative 3-component system was instrumental in optimising the flooring preparation process at Hoxton Press. Our programme reduced screed drying times by an impressive 60%, enabling the project to stay on schedule without compromising on quality.
Through a meticulous Commissioning & Conditioning cycle, we ensured that the screed met the necessary British Standards (BS8204-7) and achieved the desired RH of 65%. This guaranteed a stable and durable foundation for the engineered oak flooring.
