Regents Crescent, A Landmark Redevelopment Project
Regents Crescent is a remarkable redevelopment project in the heart of London. Originally designed in 1820 by the renowned architect John Nash, this Grade I listed crescent has been transformed into a sophisticated space that blends historic charm with modern luxury. The project includes 67 high end apartments and 9 exquisite Garden Villas, making it one of the most sought after redevelopments in the UK.
To meet the stringent requirements of this prestigious project, the ForceDry Programme was employed by JRL Midgard Group to accelerate drying times and ensure optimal conditions for the flooring installation. By using our advanced 3-component system, we were able to reduce drying times by an impressive 60%, allowing the project to progress on schedule.
Through careful commissioning and conditioning, we ensured that the project met the British Standard BS8204-7 for screed performance and RH levels. The target relative humidity of 65% was successfully achieved, setting the stage for the luxurious final finish of Regents Crescent.
