Accelerated Drying at Canada Water London
Canada Water is a landmark residential-led development in Southwark, delivered by Wates Group. The residential tower will provide 186 high-quality homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, at the heart of one of London’s most ambitious regeneration zones.
ForceDry was appointed to carry out the drying, conditioning, and commissioning of the screed across the site. To meet the demands of the large scale internal programme, we deployed a combined system of mobile industrial boilers and high capacity dehumidifiers, tailored to achieve rapid and consistent drying.
Our work was delivered in full alignment with British Standard BS8204-7, achieving the target relative humidity of 65% and ensuring all screeded areas were conditioned and ready for final floor finishes. The result was a faster, smoother internal build programme that kept this high profile scheme firmly on track.
