Fast Screed Drying, Big Impact at Riverside Fulham
Riverside Fulham is a prestigious development by JRL Midgard, comprising 175 high-spec apartments overlooking the River Thames. With a strong focus on finish quality and a fast-paced programme, environmental control was key to keeping this flagship project on schedule.
ForceDry was appointed to carry out screed drying and internal apartment conditioning across phase two of the build. Using a combination of portable industrial boilers and high-performance dehumidifiers, we delivered rapid moisture reduction far beyond the pace of natural drying.
Our tailored conditioning programme was also used, preparing the floor for follow-on trades. All works were completed in line with British Standard BS8204-7, supporting a smooth and efficient delivery of this riverside landmark.
